What is Demandplay?
Demandplay is the place to watch and access any video or live content generally created by Demand it now media solutions but also by its clients and customers.
Demandplay hosts videos and live streams on behalf of customers aswell as creating our own content

What is a membership ?
A Membership is different to a order , a membership is like a subsciription to netflix which will generally allow you to watch more then one video or live stream or turn off adverts for you
What is a Order ?
Orders are passes and products purchased , usually a one off thing like a ticket to play a live stream or video
How do i watch a pay-to-view live stream or video?
Click on the video and it will usually tell you straight away that you will need to purchase a virtual ticket to view it and will link you to where you can buy the appropriate ticket
once you have paid for your ticket , you can login and go back to the video you were trying to play and it will be available to watch ( provided your ticket has been approved in some cases )
My ticket doesn’t work ?
Some tickets need pre-approval for you to gain access to the video , please check your ‘my orders ‘section for ticket processing status
What can i watch your videos on ?
This website works on most capable devices and on PC/desktops
Can i buy a video or a portion of video ?
send us a contact request and we can make the relevant enquiries to the media owner if they are permitting sale or snipping
My video keeps buffering! ?
Check your internet connection , most videos will automatically adapt to your connection speed and drop/raise quality as needed , try restarting the device your viewing the video on if all else fails
Id like to put my videos/course/lecture/talk on your site .. can you help?
Yes! … we are a custom hosting solution , we can host your videos right here and paywall or restrict them if needed
